Who it's for

Made for the people who run the pump

  • Pump owners

Know the day's sales, cash and stock without waiting for the register.

  • Accountants

Daily books that balance, with reports you can print or export.

  • Managers

Enter meters, dips and Qarza once. Close the day with confidence.

  • Multi-branch owners

Switch between your pumps in one login and see each branch's reports.

The daily struggle

Does this sound familiar?

  • Cash in the drawer does not match the meters, and nobody knows why.

Sales come from nozzle meters, so every difference points to a cause.

  • Qarza lives in a register. Wasuli is chased from memory.

Each customer has one balance, with vehicle numbers and every payment.

  • Tank stock is short and you only find out at month end.

Daily dips are compared with book stock, so loss shows up the same day.

  • The tanker delivers less than the invoice says.

Invoiced and received litres are recorded, and the shortage becomes a claim.

PumpOS fixes all four.

More than a billing screen

Everything the pump's books need, in one place

PumpOS follows the way a pump actually works: the day opens, nozzles sell, tanks are dipped, money moves, and the day is locked.

How it works

From first call to a locked day, in three steps

  1. Step 1: Talk to us

Book a demo or message us on WhatsApp. We show how a day runs at a pump like yours.

  2. Step 2: We set it up

We create your pump, nozzles, tanks and parties, and enter your previous figures as opening balances.

  3. Step 3: You run the day

Enter meters, dips, Qarza and Kharcha. Close the day, check the report and lock it.

Inside PumpOS

A closer look at the daily work

From the first meter reading of the day to the report your accountant signs off.

01

A daily sales report that comes from the nozzles

Enter the closing meter of each nozzle. The report works out litres, amounts and the collection split for you.

  • Litres sold = closing meter - opening meter - test litres
  • Rollover on a meter is handled correctly
  • Mid-day rate changes are supported, so each litre is priced at the right rate
  • Move a nozzle to another tank when you need to
  • Open, close, lock and reopen (with a reason) each day

Tank dips that show stock loss early

Dip each tank, and see the difference against what the books say should be there.

  • Book stock = opening stock + received - sold
  • Variance in litres for every tank, every day
  • Opening balances entered for the previous day when you start, so history is not lost
  • Stock position report for all tanks

Qarza and Wasuli without the register

Every credit sale is tied to a customer and a vehicle number. Every recovery reduces the balance.

  • Qarza entries with vehicle numbers
  • Wasuli recorded as cash, bank or transfer
  • One running balance per party
  • Party ledger and party balances reports

Know when the tanker delivers short

Record the invoiced litres and the litres received. The difference is kept as a shortage.

Trust and control

Books you can rely on

Built so that a closed day stays closed, and every change has a name next to it.

  • Locked days

Once a day is locked it does not change. Reopening needs a reason that is recorded.

  • Audit trail

Every change is recorded with who did it and when.

  • Role-based access

Owner, accountant, manager and viewer each see only what they need.

  • Regular cloud backups

Your records are kept in the cloud and backed up regularly, not on one computer.
