Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information PumpOS collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the demo request form. It does not cover the business records that customers enter into PumpOS (see "Customer business records" below).

What we collect

Information you give us

When you ask for a demo using the form on this website, we collect:

• your name
• your phone number
• your pump name
• your city
• the number of branches you run
• the system you use today
• an optional message, if you write one

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we also receive the details you share in that conversation, such as your phone number and what you write to us. We only do this when you start the contact.

Information collected automatically

When you send the form, we also record:

• your IP address and browser or device type
• the page you sent the form from and the page you came from (the referrer)
• campaign tags in the link you used, such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign

Campaign tags are kept in your browser for the length of your visit (session storage) so they can be attached to the form. They are not stored as cookies.

Traffic analytics

We may use a privacy-friendly traffic analytics service to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. It is only active if we have switched it on for this website. It is designed to work without cookies, without building profiles of individual visitors and without tracking you across other websites. We do not send your name, phone number or other form details to it.

Spam prevention

To keep automated spam out of the form, we use limits on how often a form can be sent, a hidden field that real visitors do not fill in, and, where enabled, a spam-prevention service that checks the form is sent by a person. That service may process technical information from your browser and may use cookies or similar technology for this check.

Why we use it

• to reply to your demo request and contact you about PumpOS
• to arrange demos and setup, and to quote prices
• to prevent spam and misuse of the form
• to understand which pages and campaigns bring useful enquiries, and to improve this website

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We share information only where needed: with service providers who host or deliver our service and this website, and with professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers. These parties may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Where it is processed

Information may be processed on servers outside Pakistan. Where this happens, we apply safeguards to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep a demo request record for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a customer, your information is then handled under your customer agreement. We delete or anonymise a record sooner if you ask us to.

How we protect it

We use access controls, encrypted connections and restricted staff access to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests (including deletion)

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy
• correct information that is wrong
• delete your information
• stop contacting you about PumpOS

To make a request, email info@endevsols.com or call or message +92 318 4985003. Please use the phone number or name you gave us so we can find your record. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Customer business records

Customers enter their own business data into PumpOS, such as sales, stock, parties and accounts. That data belongs to the customer and is handled under their service agreement with us, not under this website policy.

Children

This website is for pump owners and business staff. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. Please check it occasionally.
