Locked days and an audit trail

Closed days are locked. Reopening needs a reason that is recorded. The audit trail shows who changed what, and when. Access depends on role: owner, accountant, manager or viewer. Your records are kept in the cloud with regular backups.

For the profit side, read how to calculate petrol pump profit.

Hand your accountant a book that balances

We show the reports with sample figures, or with yours during setup.
